NB blind reports are reports of child sexual abuse where the non-government organisation does not disclose the identity of the victim to the police, despite being aware of the victim’s identity
- all of any MOU’s entered into, negotiated or signed regarding the reporting of child sexual abuse by NGOs on or from 1 July 2014 (please see attached memo of 10 July 2014 to assist with your searches).
