All documents relating to protocols developed by the NSW Police Force in August 2014 for non-government agencies to use when notifying them of historical allegations of child sexual assault.

(We note the existence of such protocols was identified in the NSW Ombudsman’s Issues Paper 8: Experiences of Police and Prosecution Responses – a copy of which is annexed here).

NB blind reports are reports of child sexual abuse where the non-government organisation does not disclose the identity of the victim to the police, despite being aware of the victim’s identity

  1. all of any MOU’s entered into, negotiated or signed regarding the reporting of child sexual abuse by NGOs on or from 1 July 2014 (please see attached memo of 10 July 2014 to assist with your searches).
