Information requested:

  1. A copy of the report into special religious education and special education in ethics as recommended by Legislative Council General Purpose Standing Committee No. 2 in 2012, in both its current and initial draft form (i.e. as first sent to the Minister by ARTD Consultants and after requested amendments).

 Note: We understand these matters have been the subject of deliberation for more than 12 months. At this stage the substantial concerns about children being at risk of abuse as a result of current scripture classes make this matter urgent. Furthermore the equivalent report has been released publicly by the State of Queensland, lending support to the contention that this material should be released here.
