Police v Carrall

Judgment from Lismore Local Court 1 February 2016 where the defendant was acquitted of a positive cannabis detection while driving on the basis of an honest and reasonable mistake of fact, namely that he had not smoked for a week and a half and based on representations made by police and by the governments road safety website he honestly and reasonably  believed he would not have a detectable quantity after that time.
