3. All communications with any government authority, agency or department (including foreign governments) in relation to the granting, consideration and/or assessment of any Honorary Professorship(s) (including extensions of such professorships) to Dr Huang Jiefu.
4. All communications with the University Senate, and/or individual members of the Senate, relating to the granting, consideration and/or assessment of any Honorary Professorship(s) (including extensions of such professorships) to Dr Huang Jiefu.
